How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds can be processed in case of return or cancellation. For your convenience, we offer different refund options for you to choose from, which is based on your payment method at the time of purchase.
We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. You will be able to see the credited amount on your statement as per the lead time listed in the table below for each of the refund channels.
If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support

If you return items:
You will receive
In original condition past the return window (14 calendar days) up to 30 calendar days after delivery - 80% of the item’s price
That have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, broken sticker ) - 50% of the item’s price
That are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Prodatanet’s error - up to 50% of the item’s price
Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by Prodatanet.com.ph for customers
What amount will be refunded to me for a promotional item or one with a voucher?
For sales items purchased, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not its original value. If you purchase an item with a voucher, we will refund the amount you paid for the item and provide you with a replacement voucher with the same value as the original voucher.
